Hot Pink Pin-Up

Last year for Halloween, Nick and I went to a party as Jack & Coke. For the Coke costume, I went with simple pin up makeup with a barrel roll bang and curls all over. I wanted to recreate this look by using various hot pinks. Normally it is a bit taboo to wear the same color on your eyes and lips, but half the fun of makeup (especially for Halloween) is coloring outside the lines sometimes! So with this look, I am not playing by the rules and in my opinion it still looks classic and fun without being overly dramatic! Let me know what you think!

I remember the hair being a lot easier to do last year, but that could have to do with having shorter hair now.  It was quick to curl since you only have to curl the ends and dirty hair is way easier to work with for this type of style. I used about 12 bobby pins all together not including the decorative bling bobby I got from a 3 pack at CVS. The earrings, including the cuff, are from Old Navy last Christmas. The two pictures of the birds-eye view of my hair were both taken outside for the better lighting, so the color may seem a little off.
