Rosey Date Night Makeup Look

Nature has blessed us with the most beautiful weather here in PA this past week. The sun was shining, windows open, music blasting, and I was sweating in my jammies taking out the trash. Either which way it scares me a bit that there was only one huge snow storm this year and we are already turning back the clocks tomorrow, but I'm not mad. So this weekend I wanted to sit down and try some products that have been waiting for me to open them. I had this basic makeup look in mind and ended up adding a hint of rose on the lids and going a little darker on the lips than I pictured. So hopefully this week I can try again!


Last night we had a date night and it was so much fun! A Movie Tavern opened near us not too long ago and we decided on dinner and a movie there right after work. Somehow I missed all the traffic on 202 and got there early to enjoy a drink with the babe. We went to see 10 Cloverfield Lane, and it could have just been how close we were to the screen, how small the theatre was, or even how loud the movie was playing, but I was laughing one minute and scared as hell the next. Then again, I spook easily. I'm not going to go too much into detail since it was opening weekend and this is the type of film where you enjoy it more knowing less. Where I've been for 2.5 years

Hey there! I’d like to reintroduce myself, I’m Krystal and welcome to my blog! New Years Resolution for 2016

A new year entitles us all to a new beginning. As the year ends, most people like to set new goals and aspirations to make the next year better than the one before and to improve themselves. Last year, I challenged myself to stop drinking soda, something that I am absolutely in love with. Those 30 days were such a struggle and I gained so much support in the process. I have gone back to drinking soda only because the other drinks I replaced it with had just as much sugar, if not more. Now, I honestly drink a lot less. In one night Nick and I could finish off a 12 pack and still need more, whereas now the same amount can last us weeks. I am proud of myself for the progress I’ve made with soda in less than a year.
